What Makes This League Different?
No other league in Canada provides this level of structure, exposure, and verified development. Key features include:
In-Game TrackMan Data
Every league game will be tracked using TrackMan, the gold standard in baseball data and analytics. This live, in-game data—including pitching velocities, exit velocites, spin rates, and more—is uploaded to a centralized portal accessible by scouts.
Combined with data collected at each team’s Future Stars Series Showcase, scouts and coaches receive a comprehensive, verified profile of each player.
Team Showcases
Each team in the FSSBL will host a Future Stars Series Scout Day, where players are evaluated by FSS national staff.
Example event: Durham Stallions Scout Day
Massive Fall Event in Houston
All FSSBL teams will be invited to a high-profile event in Houston, Texas—a signature Future Stars Series event attended by 50+ NCAA coaches and numerous MLB scouts.
